Spamming
Definition: Sending unsolicited, repetitive, or bulk messages to users, including but not limited to:
- Mass messaging multiple users with identical or similar content
- Repeatedly sending the same message to individual users
- Flooding conversations with excessive messages
Harassment
Definition: Any behavior intended to disturb, upset, or intimidate other users, including but not limited to:
- Persistent unwanted contact after being asked to stop
- Threats, intimidation, or abusive language
- Sharing personal information without consent
- Impersonating other users or entities
Advertisement Campaigns and Consistent Advertising
Definition: Using the service for commercial promotion or marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
- Promoting products, services, or websites
- Soliciting business or commercial transactions
- Distributing promotional content or links
- Using the service as a platform for marketing campaigns
Brute-Forcing of Accounts
Definition: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to user accounts through:
- Systematic password guessing or dictionary attacks
- Automated login attempts
- Using compromised credentials from other services
- Any method designed to circumvent login security
Security Circumvention
Definition: Any attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent security measures, including but not limited to:
- Exploiting vulnerabilities in the service
- Attempting to access restricted areas or data
- Reverse engineering the client software
- Using modified or unauthorized client software
- Attempting to intercept or monitor other users' communications
Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations
- Implement IP address bans for severe or repeated violations
- Take action without prior warning or notice
- Refuse service to users who have previously violated these terms
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
- All activities that occur under their account
- Reporting violations of these terms to service administrators

Service Availability
